SOUND MEDITATION
Sound meditation is a practice that uses sound vibrations and frequencies to help calm the mind, relax the body, and achieve a meditative state. It usually involves listening to certain tones, such as those produced by singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, or even vocal chanting. These sounds are believed to help synchronize brainwaves, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and deepen mindfulness.
Experiencing sound healing instruments like crystal bowls allows the ability of vibrational frequencies to move through the skin, fluid and bones of the body. This unique therapy can create a full body relaxation, rejuvenation and recalibration down to the cellular structure.

January 4 - Wolf Supermoon
The Wolf Supermoon is the first full moon of the new year. It is named the Wolf Moon because it's when the wolves were heard howling more often during the cold, deep, winter nights to find pack members, define territory, and to hunt. The Wolf Moon brings you more emotional clarity, truth about who and what feels like home and strong intuition and gut instincts. This moon rises in the Cancer which doesn't whisper but cries then heals. Honor your feelings and trust your intuition with feeling safe and at home. Here are a couple of questions to think about during my sound bath... What feels at home to you right now? What do I need more of in my life to feel safe? Where am I emotionally overextended?
March 1 - Worm Moon (Total Lunar Eclipse)
